The Applicant specific, personal, non-aggregated information is not currently sold, rented, or made available to anyone outside of aXYZ design. The Applicant information will not be shared or sold without its express consent. In the absence of a response, The Applicant information would not be shared with anyone outside of aXYZ design.

aXYZ design also reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We also reserve the right at any time to disclose any information in an individual's information submission:

• To satisfy any law, regulation, or legally tendered government request if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to site operation; or

• To protect the rights or property of aXYZ design and its users, sponsors, providers, licensors, clients, or merchants.

The Applicant may not "spam" our database with multiple listings for the same job opening. Prohibited jobs include posting jobs that contain an application fee or other people's personal information. Vulgar, slanderous, pornographic, or other offensive information is not acceptable. Violators of any of these terms will be removed immediately without notice.

Indemnity 

aXYZ design agrees with the Applicant seeking employment at aXYZ design to include the Applicant's profile, CV and, if appropriate, samples or examples of the Applicant's computer programs, portfolio and graphics on cd-rom, e-mail.  
aXYZ design assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any claims made against or damages suffered by the Applicant as a result of this publication.  The Applicant hereby represents and warrants to aXYZ design that there are no restrictions on the publication or use of any samples within the Applicant's portfolio and the Applicant hereby agrees to indemnify the aXYZ design against any claims, damages, costs and expenses incurred from the publication of such material on cd-rom, e-mail.

The Applicant may correct, update or change your submitted information at any time. Simply fill in the form again with the updated details and in the “Add your comments” field write “Update”.
